Terms of service

1. Registration for Vietnam-visa.com Affiliate Program

By submitting the registration form to become an Affiliate of Vietnam-visa.com, you thereby agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. In becoming an Affiliate of Vietnam-visa.com, you agree to implement the affiliate program for the sole purpose of legally advertising Vietnam-visa's website on your website(s) with the goal of receiving commission on the services rendered by the referred clients. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee approval. Vietnam-visa.com reserves the right to decline any application without providing any reason.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:

- Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)

- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)

- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities

- Violation of intellectual property rights (see our Terms and Conditions)

- Promotion of sexually explicit materials

3. Affiliate Links

As an Affiliate, you will prominently display and maintain the graphical or text links (including banner advertisements) and persistent hyperlinks in the form of a Vietnam-visa.com logo provided to you by us; or any addition to or substitute thereof that we may provide to you from time-to-time.
Use of graphical or text links on your website and within e-mails is encouraged, as long as the above guidelines are followed. Advertising in offline media such as classified ads, magazines, and newspapers must come with pre-approval from Vietnam Discovery Travel Jsc. Altering of the provided Vietnam-visa banners and text links without obtaining consent from Vietnam-visa is prohibited.

4. Affiliate Tracking

Upon clicking the referral text/ banner/ widget links, a cookie is created in the browser of the referred client containing your affiliate ID. This allows us to track the referrers, logged and referenced the referrers’ IP to the affiliate ID for reinforced tracking. Commission will be awarded regardless of the time of purchase, whether the client makes the purchase right after following your referral link or at a later time, the affiliate system will track how the client was referred to Vietnam-visa and credit your account. Cookies are set for the period of one year since referred clients first click the link from your website. Any successful application made by the mentioned clients within this one year period will be tracked and your affiliate account will be credited.

5. Calculation of Affiliate Commission

The actual commission rate for each affiliate account will be decided upon our approval of your affiliate registration and valid for your account only. We reserve the rights to modify/cancel any initially offered commission rate should the subject affiliate website(s) fail to meet a certain volume of referring applications after a certain period of time, all mutually agreed upon prior negotiation between the subject websites’ owners and Vietnam-visa.com. Your commission will be extracted from each successful referred application at Vietnam-visa.com, by which a successful referred application is understood as a rightly applied and paid for application referred from the affiliate website(s) (recorded by our tracking system). Any referred application that is refunded or fails to be paid/ processed/ finished due to cancelation or mistakes from clients’ side will not be eligible for commission award. Commission is calculated on the service fees for processing Vietnam visa applications only.

6. Exclusion

Affiliate program are offered for users of Vietnam-visa.com as a solely standing privilege. It is not to be included or added with any other promotion/ discount/ benefit also offered by Vietnam-visa.com. Affiliate accounts are not eligible for benefiting from (but not limited to) any of the followings:
- VIP Account and Corporate Account offered by Vietnam-visa.com.
- Promotion Code (PROMOCODE).
- An Promotion or Discount Program Vietnam-visa.com might be running at the time of the aappcations
Affiliate commission is awarded for visa application only. The use of extra services including (but not limited to) Fast-Track service, Visa Extension Service, Tour Booking, Hotel Booking, Car Pick-up service… thereby will not be included when calculating affiliate commission.
7. Affiliate Commission Payment
Payment of commission for your affiliate account will be made by a fixed date mutually agreed by Vietnam-visa.com and affiliate users OR per affiliate users’ request using the request payment function provided in their affiliate accounts. The minimum amount of commission eligible for one billing is USD $50. Any request for payment of less than the above mentioned minimum amount will not be granted by Vietnam-visa.com.
8. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continued participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
9. Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any result of/ intent of harm to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranty with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
