In December 2013 my wife and I will be on board the cruise ship Azamara Journey which will visit several Vietnamese ports. Do we need to obtain visa for Vietnam and, if so,do we need to visit the consulate in Sydney or can we obtain Vietnam visa online?
If Chinese Passport from Indonesia want to Vietnam, can use Vietnam Visa On Arrival ? or must be web apply Visa to Vietnam?

Since the second time entering Vietnam just for transit and Vietnam does not require transit visa, so you just need to apply visa for your first arrival in Vietnam to stay in Hanoi for 5 days. And in this case, you just need to apply online for 1-month single entry visa to Vietnam, not 1-month multiple entry visa.

Multiple entry visa means you can enter and then exit Vietnam as many times as you wish during your visa validity; but single entry visa means you can enter and exit Vietnam ONCE only during your visa validity, and when you exit Vietnam even ealier than your visa expiry date, you visa will automaticaly become invalid.
But for your case, if the second time you arrive in Vietnam just for transit without leaving the internatonal zone at the airport, you are not required for any visa for Vietnam. You then only need to apply for Vietnam visa for your first arrival in Vietnam, and you can apply for 1-month single entry visa to Vietnam with Vietnam-visa.com

I have applied for visas for myself and my husband. Your form requested that I enter the name as it is in the passport. My husbands first names are Gregory Roy and his surname is Douglas. In my application I have listed his name exactly as in his passport which is has his surname first and then his first names. I therefore listed my name in this order also, Urlich Melody Mary Caroline. Should I have applied with first name and then surname? Do I have to make sure that the entry and exit visa form is filled in the same name order as the form i have completed for you?
