We have customer coming from India. We had already give the invitation letter for them to apply for business visa, but the Vietnam embassy in India inform them that they will require the permission letter from Vietnam Immigration Department in Vietnam. Please advise what documents should I need to prepare to get the permission letter.

Unfortunately at the moment, we are unable to help you out with visa on arrival online. Thus, we would like to suggest you asking a favour from your Company in Vietnam.
If possible, your partner in Vietnam should come to Vietnam Immigration Department and process prcedures on visa for you.
