  • Filipino helper

    Hi! We may be relocated in Da Nang by next month. I have a filipino helper here in hong kong and would want to bring her with us. Is that possible? What would be the procedure for her visa? (i am based in hong kong) Thanks!

    Dear Mary Anne,
     
    Depending on how long you would like to have her with you in Vietnam, you can apply a suitable visa for her. In case, she stays in Vietnam less than 21 days, she will be exempt from visa according to regulation of immigration.
     
    If it is more than 21 days, you should apply 3 month visa first and then get it extension if longer stay.
