    Hi, I am an Irish citizen and will be flying from Singapore to HCMC next month: will I be able to use the Visa on Arrival service?

     We would like to instruct you how to apply for visa on arrival at our website as following:
     
    -Submit your visa application at www.Vietnam-Visa.com
     
    -Settle the payment (service fee) as per instructions.
     
    -Obtain your visa approval letter after 1working day (urgent service), and 2 or 3 working days (normal service) via email.
     
    - Print the letter out and bring it together with your photos + passport +some dollars and pay stamping fee to get your visa stamped onto your passport at the Vietnamese Airport.
     
     There are two kinds of fees you should pay: service fee and stamping fee: http://www.vietnam-visa.com/pricing.html
     
    - Service fee: Paid ONLINE for us to process the visa for you.
     
    - Stamping fee: Paid directly at the Vietnamese Airports for the Immigration officers in Cash (USD) to get your visa stamped.
