    For the entry and exit form - it says to fill 2 forms, does that I would need a total of 4 passport photos? or just one for each form for a total of 2?

    Thank  you for your email!
     
    Please be kindly noted that you should do following instruction as below:
     
    1, Print out the “visa approval letter” (in color) and "Entry and Exit Vietnam" (one copy is required for each person)
     
    2. Fill out all the information in the Entry and Exit Visa form and glue your photo on it (4x6 photo is not required). Only one copy is required to show at the airport (you do not need to come to Vietnam visa issuing office or consulate)
     
    3. Bring the visa approval letter and the Entry and Exit Vietnam, together with your passport. Present them to Airport Customers Officer upon arrival airport and pay stamping fee in USD in cash (25USD/single entry, 50USD/multiple entry) to get your visa stamped.
