I am a Canadian citizen and am flying to Ho Chi Minh City on Thai Airways in January. I spoke to Thai Airways today and they said that Visa approval letters are only valid on their airline if they are single entry. I'm looking for a 3 month multiple entry visa. What are my options? I'm worried about not being allowed to board the flight, or having trouble at Immigration in Vietnam.

Dear David,
Thank you for contacting us!
Please be kindly confirmed that 3 month multiple entry visa is accepted by any airlines. The visa approval letter is an official documment issued by Vietnam Immigration Department to permit visitors to enter and exit Vietnam in a certain period of time. We confirm that there will be no problems at the arrival airport in Vietnam.
Kind regards,
Anna Quach
