Procedure after receiving the visa approval letter

After you send me a entry letter do I have to print it out before I come to vietnam

Please be kindly informed that what you need to do after receiving your visa approval letter is very simple as follows:
- Print your visa approval letter out.
- Take it along with you with 2 of your passport photos at any size and your origin passport.
- Pay some U.S. dollars for the Immigration officer to have your visa stamped at the arrival airport in Vietnam.

And now you are ready to enter Vietnam!

I have an approval letter which states I can enter Vietnam one time. However I plan to spend 5 days in Cambodia and return to Hanoi for 3 more days. Will I be able to enter twice on the visa I get at the airport?

Thank you for you question!

Please be kindly informed that in your case, you are required Vietnam visa for both of your entries. There are two options for you now:

1. You enter Vietnam with your current visa for the first time and then apply for another single entry for the second entry to Vietnam.

2. Ignore your current single visa and apply for a new visa as multiple entry, then you can enter Vietnam multiple times with the new visa.

I will arrive at Hanoi 19.12.2011 morning flight from bkk how many days in advance doIneed to apply for your approval letter.

Please inform you that your visa will start on the arrival date which you note in the application form. And, you had better arrange to apply for your visa at any time at least 2 working days before your departure date so that you can get a visa approval letter before getting on your flight.

Do we need to pay the stampage fee in USD or can we pay in any currency? Also, does it need to be cash or is credit card/visa accepted for this payment at the airport?

Stamping fee can be paid in any currencies, but in USD is the most preferred. It must be paid in cash.

Please inform that Indonesian passport holders are exempted 30days from Vietnam visa. Thus, in your case, no visa is required. Your Indonesian passport is enought. Anymore, immigration officers at the airport are available 24/7. Please do not worry at all.

on our approval letter it shows four other people on it who are not traveling with us.does that matter?

Just want to know how much is the stamping fees when I arrived to vietnam? so that means I don't need to go to vietnam embassy for the original visa attached into my own passport instead of bringing the approval letter to pass the immigration in vietnam, am I correct, please let me know asap. Thank you for contacting us!

In case, you travel to Vietnam by air and have Vietnam visa approval letter already, you do not need to come to Vietnam Embassy any more. Your visa will be stamped on your passport at the arrival airport in Vietnam. The stamping fee is USD 25 for single entry and USD 50 for multiple one.

Please inform that when you enter Vietnam airport, you will have to pay for stamping fee to get your visa stamped on your pasport. It is USD 25 for single entry and USD 50 for multiple one.

Anymore, please remmeber to prepare and bring along 2 of your pasport photos.

I already paid for The VISA and upon arrival at the airport I have to pay additional USD 50 for the airport staff to stamp my passport?????

Please be kindly noted that we clearly state at our website that there are two kinds of fees:

- Service fee: the fee is paid ONLINE for us to process the visa approval letter for you.

- Stamping fee: For getting your visa stamped at VIETNAM airport, pay directly at the Vietnam airports for the Immigration officers by cash (in USD) at immigration Desk.

In your case, for multiple entry, you have to pay USD 50 for each for stamping fee at the arrival airport..
