  • Re-Entry Vietnam visa when I am in Vietnam

I'm a Filipino and I recently applied for a 3-month single entry Visa at the Vietnam embassy here in the Philippines. Is there such a thing as a Re-entry Visa I can process in Vietnam when I get there? Because I'm planning to travel to Cambodia then return back to Vietnam.

    Dear Cathy

In your case, you should apply visa 3 month multiple entry instead of 3 months single entry. Thus, we would like to recommend you 2 following options:

    - Cancel this visa and apply for visa multiple entry.

    - Use this visa for your first entry and apply a new visa when you re-enter Vietnam.

    Kindly regards,

    Bella Bui

Dear Bella, As you know, I have a Philippine Passport and I have a valid 3-month single entry visa to Vietnam. I also read that Filipino citizens visiting Vietnam for not more than 21 days do not need a visa. My stay in Vietnam will be for 6 weeks (April 1- May 13). On April 28, I intend to visit Cambodia and go back to Vietnam on April 29. With this, from April 29-May 13, my stay in Vietnam will be less than 21 days. Do i still need to get another visa? Thank you.
