    Hi, I am Steven, holding Taiwan passport and is a Singapore Permanent Resident. Do i need to apply for a visa to enter into vietnam?

    Be kindly noted visa on arrival is applicable for Taiwanese passport holder who travel by air to Vietnam. Thus, please submit your visa application first to get visa approval letter.
