  • Validity of visa upon arrival

The Embassy of Vietnam in Washington, DC and the consulate of Vietnam in Houston both informed us that your visa upon arrival is not legal. We applied for your visa upon arrival and are very worried at this time that we will not be able to enter Vietnam this way. Please can you give us some prove that this is not the case. On their official websites there is only mentioning of visas upon arrival in cases of emergencies as for a death or illness. Hoping to hear from you soon.

    Dear Greta,

Firstly, we would like to confirm that visa on arrival is totally legal, and the visa approval letter approved by Vietnam Immigration Department is total legal also.

And we can confidently make sure that there will be no problem when you use the visa approval letter including all correct information in regard to your passport number, full name, birthday and nationality to check-in for flight and stamp the visa upon arrival airport. So, please do not worry at all, all services we provide for our Customers are legal and permitted by Vietnam Immigration Department.

    Kindly regards,

    Bella Bui
