Hello ! My company bought one vessel and the vessel is being built in Vietnam .... The vessel is under Saint Vincent and Grenadines Flag ... the owner is Mexican .... we are planning to send two persons to be on board of the vessel during the delivery voyage from Vietnam to Mexico..... This two persons are mexican seamen and sail on board of the vessel ... can we apply for tourist visa on arrival at the airport and then what do we need to do in order to put this two person on board of the vessel ? and to clear inmigrations with no problems
