Dear Krishna Nandan Sharma,
For Indian passport holder, you can apply for Vietnam visa online (1 month or 3 month validity) if entering Vietnam by air by sending scan of your passport and Vietnam return ticket as well as the Vietnam visa application form which is already filled to our email: support@vietnam-visa.com and then we will send you a link for payment . After 1 working day (urgent service) or 2 working days (normal service) since your payment, your Vietnam visa apporval letter will be sent back to your email. With that and other documents (passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos, the exit and entry form and stamping fee), you will get your visa stamped at the Vietnam airport upon arrival.
We hope this information helps.
Wish you all good things.
Kind regards,

Hi, I will be applying for 8 visa applicants for my family however 2 members will be arriving in Vietnam 1 day earlier than the rest of us. Should I state the earlier date for all the applications? Thank you.
Yes.
You should apply for Vietnam visa online for 8 of you in the same online Vietnam visa application form with the same date of arrival (the ealier date) since each of you will get a private visa for Vietnam and the visa holder can enter Vietnam later than the date of arrival filled in the form.
We hope this information helps.
Have a nice day,

If we enter by air on 28th November 2013 in HCMC, go down to Phu Quoc Island, then leave into Cambodia, then up to Laos, then back across into South Vietnam, travelling down the coast, back across into Cambodia and then back into Vietnam to leave HCMC late February 20th ish, would a 3 month Multiple Visa for Vietnam be the most economical and what would be the cost ? Or would it be easier to get 1 month visa on arrival to Vietnam and just get the others at boarder control ?
Dear Helen,
In your case, you should apply for 3-month multiple entry visa to Vietnam. It is the most convenient and econimic way since you just need to get Vietnam visa stamped on your passport at the first arrival airport in Ho Chi Minh City and then you can enter and leave Vietnam as many times as you wish during your visa validity without visa stamping any more.
To get a 3-month multiple entry visa on arrival to Vietnam, you have to pay 2 kinds of fee which is service fee and stamping fee. The stamping fee is 95 USD for a 3-month multiple entry visa. The service fee varies depending on number of applicants in your Vietnam visa application which serice you choose (normal or urgent one). For detailed cost, please see our Fee page.
We hope this information is useful to you.

I had tried to submit my application online for an On-Arrival Visa to Vietnam, but i received a message stating that i should contact the nearest Vietnam Embassy. Could you tell me how do I submit on-line Vietnam visa application pls ?
Dear Umesh Rao,
It is maybe because that your nationality is not supported with Vietnam visa on arrival. To know exactly whether your nationality is supported with Vietnam visa on arrival, please check Vietnam visa requirements with Vietnam-visa.com. And if not supported, you cannot apply for Vietnam visa online.
Wish you all good things,

Is it true that, if I were to go through your pre-arranged visa service, the approval letter you provide me will contain the name, nationalities, passport numbers, etc of other people applying for a visa, and that you would put my info on other people's visa? Or can you provide me with a private letter with only my information, and not put my information on anyone else's letter?
Dear Alvaran,
It is true that your visa approval letter may contain names of other people whose requests were processed at a time with yours by Vietnam Immigration Department. In case you want to have a private letter, please send a request to our email at support@vietnam-visa.com right after you submit your online Vietnam visa application.

I will be flying to Ho Chi Min on July 22 and leaving for Cambodia on July 26. I would be re entering Vietnam on August 2 and leaving Vietnam on August 24 for Canada. Would I need a 1 month multiple entry or 3 month visa for Vietnam as I would only be in Vietnam for about 27 days.
Dear Wilma Clark,
With that period of time, you are required to apply for a 3-month multiple entry visa to Vietnam since the visa validity starts from your first arrival in Vietnam, not only the duration you are in Vietnam. You can apply for Vietnam visa on arrival with Vietnam-visa.com now, so that we can assist you at our best.
