Entry and Exit Form Query

Hello, I have received the entry and exit form to fill out prior to departure. At the bottom of this form it mentions: "Please, fill two forms (attaching two latest photos, in 4 x 6 cm size, with a face straightforward submit one form to the Vietnam visa issuing office, or consulate, and the other to the frontier police post upon your arrival." How do I get one of the forms to the Vietnam Visa Issuing Office or Consulate? Are these found at Ho Chi Minh Airport? I am a bit confused. Thank you for your help. Regards, Brooke Mead

how to apply visa for indian passport holders??

hi, i have visited Vietnam recently a couple of times before, using vitenam-visa for visa on arrival. i tried to apply for visa online for short trip next month, but was unsuccessful. I found a recent entry in Q&A section stating that its no longer available for Indian passport holder. Does that mean that indian passport holders can no longer apply for visa on arrival online or no longer can apply visa on arrival at all? It would be helpful if you give further details on how to get the visa

How to enter from Laos

I am a new Zealand citizen living in Zambia where there is not vietnamese consulate. I read that is I get a letter from Vietnamese Immigration confirming that there is no consulate in my country of residence, then I can get a visa on arrival at the land border. Is this correct and if so, how can I get that letter?
