The whole Vietnam Visa application process

These days, the Vietnam Visa application process is not at all a hardship! There are several options for your choice. It is common that you obtain your Entry Visa by having a valid passport stamped prior to your departure by applying to the Vietnam Embassy and/or Consulate (in case there’s a Consulate instead of Embassy) in your country. However, if your particular city does not have a Vietnamese Embassy, and you wish to avoid procedural delays (anywhere from 4 to 10 days) which sometimes happen with visa approvals at embassies outside Vietnam, www.Vietnam-visa.com can make this requirement a fairly easy exercise.

There’s another more simple way, that is, by getting a Visa on Arrival. In that case, you only have to:

  • Fill in our secure online form right online and submit
  • Pay the listed fee
  • Get your Vietnam Visa Approval Letter after 2-3 working days (normal) after confirming the payment

And, You are now also ready to go to Vietnam (and get your visa stamped onto the passport at the arrival airport by handing in that Approval Letter)!

Hi, I will be entering Vietnam via the Cambodia/Vietnam border crossing (from Phnom Penh into Chau Doc) in December this year.

I am wondering if I am able to get a visa on arrival if entering by land.

Any clarification on the subject would be appreciated.

Hi, my name is Addie Green and I have been to Vietnam recently. I made a friend there over in Nha Trang and he gave me his email address, except I can’t email him because it doesn’t have, for example, @hotmail.com or anything, and I’m really upset I can’t keep in contact with him, could you please help?
Thank-you so much if you can :)

    To Addie,
We are so sorry to hear that you can not keep contact with your friend in Vietnam. But we can not do anything for you as Nha Trang is 1.278km far from Hanoi ( where our office bases). And Vietnam is too large and have a lot of people.
We do hope your friend will actively contact you again.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Oh right, sorry. Thankyou for your help though. Although, I do know where he works in Nha Trang, he works at the Why Not Bar, I could give you the address if you like? If that’ll help. You have a good christmas and a great new year too!

Oh and also I got his mobile number, and I tried calling it, but it’s 11 digits and it won’t let me. Do you know why it won’t let me?
    Sorry for bothering you again.
