Job description:

The daily tasks include receiving and processing all the orders for Vietnamese visa by world wide customers via email, tel, fax, live chat, or in person. Staffs must ensure that all the orders are processed accurately and timely in a professional manner, all customer complaints are solved effectively and efficiently, all related activities assigned by managers and leaders are completed effectively and efficiently, and must have strong knowledge of immigration policy and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages or other related
• Proficiency in English skills both spoken and written;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• More than 1 year experience in customer service
• Well-organized and detailed;
• Customer-oriented working style and strong negotiation skills
• Patient, active, responsibilities, hard working and accurate at work;
• Ability to work under high pressure and strict deadlines;
• Be willing to work overtime,
• Good interpersonal, teamwork, creativity, flexibility skills
• Problem solving skills.
