Hi there, I received my visa letter today via email. The letter says ”requesting permission for 3 people to enter and exit Vietnam for the purpose of business activities..” and there are two additional names (as well as my own) and their details included in the letter. I do not know these people and applied only for myself. Please could I be sent a new letter with correct details?

Please be informed that regarding visa approval letter for Vietnam, the Vietnam Immigration department often process visa applications submitted to them at the same time together and include names of applicants in those applications in the same letter. And there will be no problem to get visa stamped at the airport with such letter.
In case you need a private letter, you need to apply again for private letter.
