Collection of Vietnam visa at Embassy

We would like to get pre-approved/stamped Visa before travelling to Vietnam. (Not Visa On Arrival, to avoid waiting time at airport). Can you send (or where can we download) the application form for that.

Once application forms filled in / signed can one of us come to embassy to drop of the forms (photo’s ?) and passports ?

Kind regards

Ruud Keesom

Dear Ruud Keesom,

Since the visa procedure varies from Vietnam embassy to embassy, so I am sorry that I cannot provide you with the best guide. In case you want to apply for Vietnam visa at embassy, please directly contact the embassy for more information.

Regarding the visa on arrival, time to waiting at the airports depends on number of tourists getting visa on arrival at the airport, and normally it takes about 15 – 30 minutes. In case you don’t want to wait in queue, you may use our fast-track service which cost you US$25 and maybe less if there are more people in your group, and you will get your visa just within a few minutes. (More information about the service, please see here: https://www.vietnam-visa.com/extra-services)

In case you apply for Vietnam visa on arrival, you will save your time contacting the Vietnam Embassy as well as visiting the embassy to submit your application as well as to take your passport and visa back.

I hope this information is useful to you.

Should you need any further information, please feel free to let us know.

Kind regards,
