I used Vientam Visa Services, who I luckily found through google search, to get Police Clearance Certificate. I am currently based in Dubai but lived in Vietnam around 20 years back. It's a big hassle to get police certificate at your own, specially if you are not in the country. However, I must say that Ms. Jessica handled my case extremely professionally and provided me all the documents information she required to get police clearance certificate. Also, she was very quick to respond to my queries. Once I provided the information, she got me Police certificate (Judicial record card) within the time frame she told me.
