After making your payment, please send us your receipt so that we can track your payment and process your visa approval letter per your request.

Note:

After completing the payment for the visa approval letter processing service, you are kindly advised to send us the detailed payment receipt (via email, telephone…). Based on that receipt, we start processing the visa related procedures for you. And after one (1) business day (applied for urgent service) or two (2) to three (3) business days (applied for normal service), we will send you the visa approval letter with code. Then you can get your visa stamped at the Vietnam International Airports.
