If your total length of stay in Vietnam is no more than 6 months, you can extend your Vietnam visa, if you applied for a 3 month Vietnam tourist visa, now you can extend it for another 3 months.
The visa extension is also available to those entering Vietnam under visa exemption. The maximum extended duration is the permitted exemption duration.
