Get the "Visa approval letter" within 1 or 2 working days and pick up your visa at the Vietnam international airports. Or in case you pick up visa at the Embassy, you get the "Visa code" after 1 or 2 working days and pick up your visa at the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in your area.
STEP 4:
GET YOUR STAMPED
At the Vietnam International Airport (Visa on arrival) or at the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate in your country (Visa code).

In order to get your Vietnam visa, you should pay two kinds of fees: service fee and stamping fee.
- 1. Service fee: You pay to us in USD to process your visa approval letter/code. (see table below).

-2. Stamping fee
- For visa on arrival: To get your visa stamped at Vietnam Airports, you pay directly to the Immigration officers by cash (in USD or VND) at Immigration Desk/Counter.
- For visa code: : To get your visa stamped at VIETNAM Embassy/Consulate, you pay directly to the staff in-charge in the Embassy/Consulate. This fee depends on each Embassy/Consulate (around $50)
