Up to now, Vietnam’s embassy in Warsaw is the only Vietnamese representation in Poland. This office provides services of visa issuance and consular legalization among others, and also the place that Vietnamese citizens in Poland should contact immediately if they lose their passport.
To get a Vietnam visa, Poland citizens/passport holders and residents have up to two (02) options to choose from:
- Get visa at the embassy: the applicants need to contact embassy of Vietnam in Warsaw for visa application and processing;
- Get visa on arrival (also known as visa at the airport): the applicants will submit an online application form for visa approval letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department, and finally get visa stamped upon arrival at Vietnam airport. See how VOA works.
